It happens to the best of us Vicki / get into the gym, the endorphins will kick in & you’ll instantly feel better. Abit of self care / manicure, blow dry?

Take care, feel it, it will pass xx

Go for a walk whilst listening to a good audiobook or podcast and treat yourself to something delicious for lunch. I often wake up feeling that way - even if it doesn't totally fix things, at least something nice will have happened for you on what has so far been a rubbish Monday.

I really related to this Vicki. I have huge guilt about not looking at certain things in the news, it’s not that I don’t care, it’s the very opposite I care so much and I cant cope with the constant horrific news and it would certainly lead to MH issues. It has before and I know now how to protect myself. It’s comforting to know other people are feeling this way 🤍

I am exactly the same - a complete sponge. It doesn’t mean you’re any less compassionate (even if the internet can make you feel that way - I find it so strange) xxx

It very much happens and I can totally relate. Finding the ‘summer on dimmers’ really difficult. I’m not a sunbathing person but am very much all about the light and there is very little of it around. Objectively on various fronts from wars to politics to climate change- it’s tough. However - (to misquote Frozen 2) just trying to ‘take the next best step’. Sometimes that’s a major achievement in itself. Your being this open and honest about it is such a service…….
